One of our initial thoughts before even looking at dogs was a female lab/shepherd mix - the shepherd look with shorter hair and a little more playful. Before you assume that makes Zara the perfect match you should ask Tabitha about the story of how we got Angel. Summer Projects Kevin was able to check off something from his honey-do list. ; ) He made the kids a deck for their playhouse. The girls wanted to help, of course! Here are a few pictures.  Hailey could not wait to screw in the screws! She did a pretty good job too.  Taylor and Dad doing some measurement math.  Our messy yard. And to give you an idea of where we put this deck, in the back right hand corner. The final product! A freshly stained playhouse, refreshed roof, and  new deck. The fire truck is the perfect size to drive around the playhouse, so most of the time the playhouse is a drive-thru.

Taylor Madison Moberg - The girl who started this whole blog. Taylor recently celebrated her 6th birthday! Can you believe she is 6 already? We can't! We continually praise God for Taylor's ongoing health and what a gift she is to us. We truly can't imagine life without Taylor. She is so energetic, compassionate, loving, intelligent, etc. I could go on and on about how amazing God made this girl! The Celebration This year we celebrated Taylor's birthday at Wild Waves. We told her she could pick a couple friends (and Hailey) to join us for the day. This was no easy task considering Taylor loves people and has many friends. A HUGE Thank You! to Grandpa Ken who baby sat Micah so I could focus on the birthday girl and her friends. Grandma Marilyn also joined us for the day at Wild Waves. And that is what we are!" 1 John 3:1 Today while I was at the computer I overheard the girls playing house. Hailey was the parent and Taylor was the child. As Hailey was laying her child to sleep I heard her tell Taylor, "Sweetie did you know you have a Father in heaven who loves you even more than I do?" Oh my how I loved hearing that come out of Hailey's mouth!!! YES Hailey! It's true you have a heavenly Father who loves you dearly.

Summer Time Fun           Front Yard Fun The kids LOVE playing outdoors! The first thing the girls do is run to their bikes. The first thing Micah does is find a ball.   Indoor Fun - The girls are taking an acrobatics class once a week. Back Yard Fun The kids have been having a great time in their playhouse. It is a clubhouse, coffee shop, home, and drive thru or whatever else their imaginations dream up while playing.
