Happy Easter! Taylor wasn't up for picture posing so this is her Easter dress minus her little white sweater. It was reamrkably similar to that of her friend, Alli. Here's Taylor playing with some of her Easter goodies from Grandma Debbie - sunglasses and bracelets. A "special treat" - Chocolate!!!!! And this is just the beginning! Awww... what a cute family!

Egg Hunting Taylor still isn't feeling up to par, but we squeezed in an egg hunt this morning. She needed a little warm up before the big event tomorrow! We were also hoping to take her to our gym where they did a water egg hunt, but we had to cut that one. Bummer! This is the stuffed duck Taylor won at the raffle drawing.

This is a typical afternoon for Taylor when she is feeling well. She is sporting Mr. Potato Head's glasses. This is how Taylor spent her afternoon today. She has a 101.1 degree fever - poor thing. We're going to try and get her well so she can participate in all of the upcoming egg hunts At least she can watch some basketball and see how her bracket is going to turn out.

Well, it wasn't how we would have planned it if we'd been asked 19 months ago, but we finally had an opportunity before our church and some of our family to share a piece of Taylor's story and thank God for the gift he gave us the day Taylor was born. Her dedication was on Sunday and we took the opportunity to give her back to God, acknowledging that through our imperfections we are continual reminders of God's perfection and our need for Him. Notice Taylor's "new smile" And yes she behaved this well the entire time ; ) Well, except when she was answering "No" when we were supposed to say "Yes". The audience enjoyed that part the best.
