Seaside, OR This post is way overdue! As a Christmas gift, Tabitha's Grandpa John rented a vacation home for the weekend in Seaside, OR for an extended family get-a-way. In February, the Florek's headed to the beach and had a wonderful time. Our trip was during Washington's snowy weather and Seaside's weather was no different. This was the first time Kevin and I could recall packing our snow clothes for a trip to the beach. It was cold, but the house was perfect and we even enjoyed the beach. You'd think our girls had never traveled before - they were estatic running around the hotel room and seeing it had beds, a couch, TV and a centerpiece with lemons. He's Here! Introducing Elliott Brian Moberg March 20, 2011 8lbs 8oz Taylor and Hailey were thrilled to hold their new baby cousin last night! Hailey kept saying, "I love him so much!" Their little brother is going to get so much attention! =) Congratulations Brian and Susanne! Elliott is precious!

Fun at the Park (can't you tell) Taylor has always had a desire to climb. The rocks in our neighborhood, curbs, rockery walls, the rocks at a park in Steilacoom . However, once she gets up them she is hit with the unpleasant reality - "I am high up here, what was I thinking, and how do I get down". On a sunny day, a couple weeks ago she wanted to climb and we set out (and up) to conquer those fears. "I queen of the world (as long as daddy has his arm around me) 10 minutes or so and a whole lot of picture attempts, later we finally made some progress and standing up, tall and proud, was achievable.
