"The Lord has risen indeed..." Luke 24:34 What an amazing holiday Easter is, cel ebrating the resurrection of our King , Jesus. I am so thankful to serve a savior who loved me enough to die for me. His sacrificial death means life for me and all those who believe. Thank you Jesus that, "By your wounds we are healed." 1 Peter 2:24. Our family started out our morning meditating on these truths. Taylor kept running around with her hands lifted shouting "HOSANNA! HOSANNA!" As I listened and watched I couldn't help but feel complete joy watching her worship. I know Jesus was beaming at her, she didn't care what she looked like or how she sounded, she was praising him. It was a beautiful scene.  We did participate in a more secular way as well. As we headed downstairs Easter baskets and goodies awaited the kids. The rest of our day was spent celebrating with family. It was a FULL day and we loved every second.

Dying eggs. This year was Micah's first hands-on experience with this tradition and he loved it.   Easter morning the kids woke up to fun goodies. Easter outfits. I kept trying to get the girls to hold still and smile pretty, but all they wanted to do was pose. =) So cute!   The kids were thrilled when we explained to them that they had not 1, not 2, but 3 egg hunts in store for them. The first egg hunt took place at Grandpa and Grandma Moberg's church.
